Rebecca Phillips Counseling is a welcoming, client-centered telehealth practice dedicated to helping adults and couples navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. I provide culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming care and will collaborate with you to set meaningful goals.
My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, within a warm and respectful relationship. Sessions move at your pace and focus on practical skills you can use between appointments. All sessions are 100% online via secure video.
Education: Graduated from Naropa University in 2011.
License: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
Experience: I support adults and couples with anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, alcohol use, chronic pain, and the unique needs of caregivers and elders.
