Services

I offer individual therapy with appointments available both in-person and through secure telehealth. I provide care for adults and elders managing caregiving, chronic pain, alcohol use, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Sessions blend CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strength-based trauma-informed care. We will individualize a plan based on your preferences, goals, and circumstances. Contact me to discuss a plan that fits your needs.

Chronic pain

Therapy can help you cope with and better manage the emotional, cognitive, social, and practical impacts of living with persistent pain, reconnect with activities you enjoy the most, and build skills for strategic pacing, improving communication, resilience, and self-compassion.

Caregivers & elders

Support for caregivers and older adults navigating changing roles, grief, isolation, health concerns, exhaustion and burnout, and the physical and emotional demands of caring for someone you love.

Alcohol use

We can look at the role alcohol plays in your life from a balanced perspective and without judgment, explore different options and choices available to you, build awareness about patterns, and develop practical strategies that support the changes, if any, you want to make.

LGBTQIA+

A supportive, affirming space to explore identity, relationships, belonging, stress, and the effects of stigma and discrimination. Our work centers your lived experience and goals.

Anxiety

We can identify unhelpful patterns of worry or fear, strengthen and expand your coping skills, and practice approaches that help you feel more centered, grounded and able to move toward what matters.

Depression

We can build a space and relationship to better understand low moods and loss of enjoyment, loss of motivation, isolation, and self-criticism, while taking small, sustainable steps toward greater compassion, connection, and wellbeing.
